I'm living in a dorm-- is it possible to do IP with only a fridge, microwave, &!freezer?
Possible, definitely. You would be able to eat your veggies raw or steam them in the microwave. I do like the variety of roasting them in an oven or on the stove.
I am not sure how you would cook the chicken and soy patties.. other than that I make everything in the microwave.. (the rototini might be hard too)...
But there are so many other great foods... they even sell steamer baskets for your veggies for the microwave..
By the way.. Lov your stats SuzieV.. I hope I can catch up with you!!

A little ninja blender or something that takes up little space would work good if you wanted to get some of your veggies in your shakes.. many add spinach to their shakes..
I just use the blender bottle they gave me and have had no issues...
You can do this! The only thing I use the freezer for is to sometimes freeze my pudding into 'ice cream'.. something different...lol

Stick with the plan and you will! Saw your goal of 125. I weighed 135 when I got married. Not sure if I could get that low after kids and I'm almost 50...eek!
Good luck to you!

Reason: wrong goal weight
You are smart girl to be taking care of yourself early in life! Lose it and maintain with healthy eating that will last you of lifetime. Much easier when you are younger and have your metabolism helping you out. You can do this!
A crock pot would be another easy addition that would add a lot of tasty OP options. And it could be cooking on low through the day while you're at class.

Unlike so many really creative cooks on this thread and forum... I've not done any pack hacking... !! And I'm Gluten Free so have been pretty much limited to drink mixes and puddings. (After the first few weeks I stopped using the soups because they were too high in sodium for my taste and preference). Been on plan since 1/10 and just reached my first big goal a few days ago. It's not been so bad sticking to these for breakfast, lunch and snack. Actually it was easy and pretty simple which worked fine for me. Spent much time on veggie prep and veggie cooking though as others have reinforced. I think you'll be fine in the dorm with just basics. You're not going to have much time and you will most likely be on the go a lot. Planning is the most important thing you need to do....so always have an easy backup if you start thinking about getting fancy!
The one thing I can think of to add to the great suggestions already given is a mini electric kettle. Particularly if you are thinking about trying some soups. I LOVE the ProtiDiet Chicken Noodle, and love that I can just use hot water out of my office coffee machine and BOOM! Lunch = done!
I thought I would add a couple more thoughts to this great list of ideas everyone has given you:
My first would be a toaster oven. You can buy one pretty small and you can do all sorts of things in there. I have baked chicken which has come out just wonderful, made rhubarb crisp, roasted veggies, made zucchini muffins and made alternative pizza.
My second idea is an immersion blender. It is very small and it makes out of this world spinach shakes. (At least for me they have turned out better than the regular blender, although it is probably just my technique) But I really hit a home run when I made the cauli mash in it, again, though, maybe my technique wasn't so great with regular blender.
