It's interesting how many people lost more in week 2. I wasnt expecting that!

This is my first week restarting back so I am waiting to see how I do, I am NOT expecting to lose as much the first week as I did my first week originally, that was a CRAZY amount (to me) lol!

I didn't loose any weight in week 1
I am almost at the end of week 2 & I feel lighter, my rings fit better.
My WI is next Sunday...

Week 1- 8lbs
Week 2- 3 lbs and 15 inches from start!
Week 3- 4 lbs

so 15lbs and 15inches in 3 weeks! Super happy!

These numbers are amazing and encouraging! I only have 1 WI under my belt for doing IP, but it was 7 lbs! Next week I'll come back to this thread and post week 1 and week 2.

I love seeing everyone's numbers, it keeps me going!!

I lost 13 lbs. my first week.
Only 2-3 my second week.

I have my first weigh in on Wednesday, it will have only been 6 days but coach is going holidays. I will post results then.. everyone's weight losses are very encouraging.
