Good morning all! Today is day 30 of my reboot. I am almost 18 pounds down with just over 7 to go. Hoping the last 7 pounds don't take too long!

Today I am headed to the Rangers/Astros game with the Boy Scouts. I will bring a bar and some water....I am too cheap to be tempted by the stadium food although it IS dollar hot dog night. I wonder what is in their dogs...

Good Morning! Last night was my first WI and I'm feeling very happy as I was concerned about my first week. I'm down 7.2 lbs and 11.75 inches. I've never paid much attention to inches but my coach told me that was good so I'm happy! I got a lot of different IP foods from last week to try this week so I'm looking forward to the variety. Also just wanted to say thank you to all of the people in these forums, you're posts on everything from recipes to cheating have really helped me through this week! Have a great day everyone.

Awesome progress everyone! I love reading how others are doing - it's so encouraging. Tomorrow will be my first weigh-in!

Today I am weaning myself from the sweet packets. I have been having a terrible time with hunger, even with extra eggs or tuna and believe the sucralose might be a trigger for this. So, omelets, chicken soup and cheese curls for the next week.

I am starting phase 4 Sunday and was wondering if anyone knows if the quest bars would be ok to use as my snack, i was going to continue buying the IP ones that I love but was thinking this would be a much cheaper snack?

I think too many sweets set up cravings in me, too. Great idea. I applaud you. It makes it harder at first but easier in the long-run b/c we won't be eating dessert all the time in maintenance. I'm actually suprised they don't develop MORE savory options instead of SO.MANY sweet ones.

To make it even harder for me, I don't do soy protein or gluten, so my savory choices are even more limited.

Anyone want to weigh in (no pun intended!) on Syntrax Nectar vs. Syntrax Matrix?

Nectar has 0 carbs/0 fat

Matrix has some but well within IP standards for unrestricted. At first I thought I'd switch to the Matrix but when I read the ingredient label closer, Matrix has gluten. Nectar is GF. Made my decision easy.

I completely agree! I'm on alternatives and have found there are some good choices, but man! Who wants to eat soup all day, every day? Though, the chicken noodle Protidiet is YUMMY!!

Also, for those, like me, that are nervous about ordering a HUGE tub of something, you can order samples from Nashua Nutrition. That double stuffed cookie sounds YUMMY!

Lise - How does this mix up? I'm a little nervous to try a power instead of a RTD, but like the flavor options this comes in.

Day two on IP. Feeling a little shaky and foggy but otherwise pretty ok. Just wanted to check in and say thank you for all the support I have gotten here! What can I expect of day 3??

You've got this! And I know the others are going to give you better advice, but don't worry. It gets better!! The first week-ish I was foggy and weird (never shaky though), but everyone will say have some salt-water (I mix mine in with MIO so I don't taste it), and take it easy on yourself. It's hard, but it will pass.

Personally, I'm waiting on the energy kick that's supposed to show up.
