My first day!!
Well, so far so good I guess. Started the day with a soft boiled egg and my coffee with the vanilla protein shake mixed in. I had 1 cup mashed cauliflower and 1 cup mashed broccoli for lunch with an IP broccoli cheese soup packet on top. Just had the IP banana pudding muffins I made last night and 1/2 cup celery, 1/2 cup cucumbers for my snack, not bad. I have had over 80 ounces of water already!! I feel a bit hungry but not unbearable but I do feel very hot. Anyone else notice that? Planning on having steamed cod and 1 cup sauteed mushrooms for dinner. Does that sound like I did okay??? The egg did not stick with me that well this morning so I will have to experiment tomorrow. I am a breakfast eater so I can't just drink something...
