I don't think too many people eat the Potato Puree as it is... but it is an outstanding tool for turning into other useful things.

Mix it up w/a little extra water, an egg white and tsp baking powder, add some spices, then make it like a thin pancake (not too thin or it's hard to flip in one piece) and turn it into an amazing veggie wrap (or add protein too).

And there are many recipes for turning it into rolls and buns and such.

Just the other day, I made it up similar to the pancake/wrap described above, but with less water. Then added shredded zucchini and onion and cooked in a pan into awesome little potatoe pancakes (I crisped them up pretty well). I had half at lunch and half at dinner. YUM!!

I also like the chicken soup (not noodle). I make it much thicker and add garlic powder, cayenne and sometimes dehydrated onions, then mix in steamed broccoli/cauliflower. When I am working in the field (I do consulting at schools) I usually take this soup or broccoli/cheese and make as described. I microwave a steamer packet of the veggies (usually on sale for 99 cents) and that is a perfect lunch on the road.

This has been an interesting thread. One great thing about IP food is that there is a nice variety and is funny how different people's tastes are.
My favorite drink is Wildberry Yogurt, my favorite bar is caramel nut, strawberry and orange wafers are a coveted treat and I eat the ready made choc pudding almost daily.

Disgusting:

Tomato Basil Soup
Herb and cheese omelet
Hangdog, we have almost identical tastes. I don't like the yoghurt drink, but love the cran Pom drink. Agree with you on all the other likes and dislikes! Also like the ready to eat puddings and use the other ones for recipes like banana bread and zucchini muffins.

Really dislike the tomato soup and omelet too.

Might have to try the potato purée as a wrap, that sounds awesome!

Good to hear the orange wafer is good. I haven't tried it yet, and they were out this week. But I love the strawberry one, so this will hopefully be a nice addition for me.

The potato purée is one of the best packets for making muffins, crackers, breadsticks, "panini", and the like

Many packets that aren't good alone are a whole new taste sensation with some simple packet hacks!
