@AlaskanRN once you get post the three- four day mark and are in ketosis, your deisre to cheat really does seem to go away (at least it did for me) and you get like SUPER CHARGED! seems like you never full got into ketosis for whatever reason... and even after you are in ketosis you sometimes mentally might want to cheat but your physical need seems gone..you just need to get past that first few days.
I would say for the first week get rid of all PB type stuff and stick 100% op...PB2 has far too many carbs for the first phase imho...
if you really don't like the blue-cran-grape, add some like Sparkling Ice black raspberry to it...after its been shaken and stuff as its fizzy...it makes it super YUMMY! like brings it too the next level
the other thing that seems to be helpful with emotional type eating is a book by Judith S. Beck "The Beck Diet Solution: Train Your Brain to Think Like a Thin Person by Judith S. Beck" i've not read my copy yet but i've seen a few ppl comment on how helpful this book as been for them.
