I almost triple the water with the puddings and drink it that way. I tried the blue pom gran drink today .......gag me it was too sweet even with triple the water.
The blue pom is pretty bad, i added extra water and blended it with ice, it was more tolerable as a "slushie"

I have a different brand than the PB2, I got it on Amazon, people seemed to like the flavor better. I have tried a smidge dry on a spoon and it tastes great. I thought I read on some thread here that people sprinkled it on puddings.
Oh cool, what is the name of the brand you get on Amazon?

@AlaskanRN once you get post the three- four day mark and are in ketosis, your deisre to cheat really does seem to go away (at least it did for me) and you get like SUPER CHARGED! seems like you never full got into ketosis for whatever reason... and even after you are in ketosis you sometimes mentally might want to cheat but your physical need seems gone..you just need to get past that first few days.

I would say for the first week get rid of all PB type stuff and stick 100% op...PB2 has far too many carbs for the first phase imho...

if you really don't like the blue-cran-grape, add some like Sparkling Ice black raspberry to it...after its been shaken and stuff as its fizzy...it makes it super YUMMY! like brings it too the next level

the other thing that seems to be helpful with emotional type eating is a book by Judith S. Beck "The Beck Diet Solution: Train Your Brain to Think Like a Thin Person by Judith S. Beck" i've not read my copy yet but i've seen a few ppl comment on how helpful this book as been for them.

YOU CAN DO THIS AlaskanRN

I don't like overly sweet, either and many IP products are too sweet for me.
I bought some plain syntrax nectar to cut some packets with.
The blue/cran/Pom can be mixed and some plain seltzer water added (I wouldn't add anything with more sweetener)
Ive had to find many ways to reduce the sweetness of items. Others ADD more sweet to their creations & I'm trying to cut the sweet from mine.
My favorite packets are the savory ones.

I was told rotisserie chicken was fine once a week, take off the skin. My coach suggested it on nights we don't want to cook.

Down another size as of today! I bought a dress in a small, it's a smidge tight on my legs but I think in a few weeks it will be perfect! AND I'm only 8 official lbs and 3 unofficial lbs from my pre baby weight!!

The powdered peanut butter I have is Just Great Stuff. It does taste good. I think I might has a couple teaspoons to my chocolate shake this morning. Then it will be way less calorie and carb.
