B: IP Vanilla RTD with Cool Brew and 1c. baby spinach blended
L: 4 oz. sirloin with 1/2c. cauli/leek mash and 1/2c. cucumbers
S: IP Choco-Raspberry bar
D: 4oz. Sesame-ginger chicken lettuce wraps w/1c. assorted veg
S: IP RTD with 1 c. spinach blended (Or might try Lisa's pudding/spinach blend!)
I've learned how important FLAVOR has become. Sometimes I also add some ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
And yes, the FLAVOR thing has already been noted. I got some WF dressings at my grocery and they are NOT delicious. UGH, especially the balsamic vinaigrette. And a sugar free steak sauce that tastes good MUST be somewhere. :?:
Edit: For SF steak sauce - How could I forget chimichurri? Love that stuff, totally going to make a big batch tonight and freeze into cubes for portion control! Yum!

Just tried this today.. Take a dark chocolate pudding packet, and wisk in 5oz of water(whisking makes it way creamier than the shaker) then add some instant coffee, a touch of caramel wf and a touch of chocolate wf.. delish! ;)
