L: waffle/bread made from cream of mushroom soup, lettuce, tomato & soy bacon with cucumber & onion salad
D: 2 cups zucchini, cabbage, peppers, celery sautéed with cumin & red pepper over lettuce with salsa and a sprinkle of soy cheese, other 1/2 protein shake

Does anyone eat (blue) mussels. I'm wondering about the serving size. Is the meat weight about a quarter of the weight with shells. So 1 kilo of mussels in shells is 250g meat/edible unshelled? It is mussel season here. Thanks

B: Dark chocolate pudding IP packet, earl grey tea with slender syrup (english toffee)

S: hard boiled egg (in place of my slice of ww toast yesterday to prevent feeling ill before lunch!) it worked!

L: IP pancake with raw cauli, broccoli, celery on the side. A few drops of agave on the pancake.

S: salt and vinegar ridges (1/2 packet) and bell peppers

D: chicken breast chunks sautéed with bell peppers, EVOO, and fajita seasoning

S: other 1/2 packet of salt and vinegar ridges
