Maple grove farms pancakes with WF syrup - coffee with Vanilla RTD splash and Splenda

Salad with WF ranch and 4oz all natural ground turkey with WF Ketchup

Chocolate RTD and Quest Bar after run

Salad with eggs and WF Ranch ( might do chicken)

1 slice all natural turkey breast- got super hungry due to exercise

S - Protidiet Peanut Butter and Smooth Caramel Crispy Bar (yum, was a little warm and gooey!)

B: Dark Chocolate/spinach breakfast smoothie. I can't do soy (in the Dark Chocolate Pudding) so here is how I make mine:
8 oz cold decaf coffee (leftover from yesterday)
1 scoop syntrax nectar chocolate truffle
1-2 c. spinach
.5 tsp xanthan gum
2 Tbsp Hersey's Special Dark Cocoa
6-8 coffee ice cubes
In the Vitamix!

L: caulimash w/ IP potato puree


D: pork tenderloin, marinated cucumber/onion salad

S: Quest Cinnamon roll bar

S: hard boiled egg after run and Vega vanilla Performance Protein ( mixed with water and Base Salts)

L: salad greens with mushrooms, asparagus, green onion, cucumber and 4 oz all natural Salmon patty, EAS carb control cafe caramel RTD (Yum!)

S: if needed due to exercise- Quest bar

D: 4 oz grilled pork tenderloin, zuccini, summer squash and mushroom sauté

Treat: decaf coffee or tea in the evening with WF caramel syrup although I've not been having/ wanting this lately
