B: muffins made with dark choc pudding & 1 cup zucchini. Drizzled with WF caramel & a little kosher salt. Rubbery texture, but good taste
L: lettuce with 1 cup zucchini, cucumber & onion with 4oz tuna
D: leftover cauliflower pizza with 1 cup mixed veggies, Go veggie cheese and chocolate soy puffs
S: RTD shake

Coffee with vanilla protein "cream"

L IP potato puree in 1 c. caulimash
1 c. marinated cucumber/onion salad

D: smoked pork tenderloin, home-fermented sauerkraut

S: WLS butterscotch frozen shake OR Quest bar.

I just did an inventory of P1 foods and I have 4+ weeks (maybe 5), between IP foods and alts. Hmm...wonder where I'll be in 4 weeks? I purposely put myself on the maintain plain for a bit to give my thryroid a break from P1.

I'm back on P1 until Halloween or goal, whichever comes first. If Halloween comes first, I'll maintain thru the holidays and re-start again in January. I have gone thru EVERY holiday on IP for a year. My thryroid has taken a beating so I need to be very gentle with it.

D: 4 oz. tilapia, 1 c. cauli mash (might try to do some cauli mash "potato" pancakes, but having a hard time finding a recipe to convert. If anybody has one, let me know!)

L: Vanilla Premier Protein RTD with 2 shots of espresso and cinnamon, blended with a little ice. (Yummy). Would probably even taste good warmed up.
Grilled zucchini.
D: Making a roast with onions and cabbage. Tossed salad with romaine and WF French Dressing.
S: Probably Proti-Thin Chocolate Pudding or Liquid Grape Drink (concentrate) depends on my mood after dinner and how full I feel.

D - Leftover smoked chicken (did a pork tenderloin, 2 chicken breasts and some burgers on the grill Sunday for most of my proteins this week); brussel sprouts w/lemon and herbs; curried cauliflower soup
S - WeightLoss Systems Cheesecake pudding made like a pancake/blintz filled with a spoon of WF strawberry jam.
