I recently restarted IP and I have only lost 1lb in about a week
I thought i'd start to post my daily intake in case anyone has suggestions. Here's what I are today:
L: Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Dill Weed, EVO, Salt
D: Lamb with seasonings (turmeric, cumin, etc)
I eat 4 packets because I do a heated yoga class.
