Day 2 was much better than day 1 for me no more headache. Hopefully today will continue that trend.
Glad to hear you're doing well misstiff - the first few days are the hardest and then it gets easier.
Just checking - are you counting your spinach as part of your 4 cups of veggies?
P1:
B: Cappuccino mix made into cookies w/coffee
S: Salt & vinegar ridges
L: 2 cups spinach & mushrooms
D: 6 oz london broil and 2 cups mashed cauliflower
S: wildberry yogurt drink

RuthAnn I m counting my spinach in the 2 cups of that right or wrong?
That's right misstiff, it does count as part of your veggies. Was just checking since I've seen people get confused on that one (I mean, it's green and leafy, right?
B: cappuccino IP packet with southern pecan coffee
L: Vanilla RTG puddin, salad lettuce and 2 cups of mixed veggies- I out them in a quart mason jar.

I called my coach and she said that spinach in the raw can be counted as unlimited lettuce but when it's cooked, you count it as part of your 2 cup veggie.
I'm confused because it's listed as a veggie, not lettuce. They also told me miracle noodles are OK for P1 and I've read on here that they aren't. I really like my coach/clinic but being on here and hearing what other clinics are saying is OK to eat has me worried I may not be getting all the right answers.
I wish Ideal Protein as a company would issue more statements rather than have clinics give different answers on what is OK and what isn't! On a positive note, I am loosing weight (WI 1: 10lbs WI 2: 5lbs WI 3: 5lbs). Guess that means I should just keep doing what I'm doing? I'm just worried because of the expense and I want to do it right for the LAST time in my life!

Rant over.
That is your coach's "house rules"
Had they called IP for clarification (as my former coach often did), they would have been told spinach is a VEGGIE.
My coach has the IP advanced training. She was VERY particular.
You are right. Different clinics/coaches have differdnt levels of training and some stay more current than others. Only the clinic owner has access to the most updated info on a website. It can be very frustrating for our online community because we all communicate and then hear different info from different coaches.
My coach did not allow miracle noodles. Go with this: Follow the sheet. The current sheet says if it isn't on the sheet, it isn't allowed (miracle noodles for example). It also says spinach is a veggie. IP is pretty clear about cooked/raw when it comes to onions. I'm not sure why your coach thinks it is any different with spinach.
Your losses so far have been FABULOUS! Keep up what you are doing. Noodles can be made with zucchini and a julienne peeler
Back to P1 Alternatives to lose those last PESKY pounds that really do not want to leave my body...they seem to like it...alot!
