I had a ground turkey patty that I topped with a few slices of pickles, then topped that with a concoction of WF ketchup, thousand island, and a bit of mustard....my version of a Big Mac. I roasted some cabbage to have along with it. Very satisfied!

Oooh...I have a humungous zuchinni from my mom's garden to use. I am going to try making the 'apple' thing with it! If it tastes like fruit that would be awesome! I cannot find frozen or fresh rhubarb anywhere. I would love to make a rhubarb puree!
