B: Blueberry Gran Cranata L: salad (spinach, romaine, cucumbers & broccoli) with WF 1000 Islands S: Vanilla Crispy Bar D: 8 oz steak, roasted asparagus and mock zucchini applesauce S: Premade Chocolate pudding Today was the first time to try the Vanilla crispy bar, thought it would taste more like a rice crispy treat, it was way sweeter to me if that is even possible. Wonder if my taste buds have changed that much or if it is that sweet! |

B: Chocolate, coffee, 1 cup spinach, iced smoothie. L: 2 fried eggs, 1 cup fried mushrooms, 2tsp olive oil. S: Strawberry wafer. hot tea 1oz skim milk. D: 120oz Angus Irish Beef Burger, 1 cup roast broccoli, 1 cup roast cauliflower. S: Strawberry shake, blended with ice. I'm trying to split my protein to fill up a little more. Just logged into my fitness pal and I'm over with fat for the day between the burger and the oil. It's not much. |

Assuming you are in phase one, I don't pay all that much attention to the daily counts in MFP, but tend to look at the percentages for the week. There's a nifty little pie chart I get on my tablet and phone that doesn't come up on the laptop but it shows the % of calories that came from carbs, fats & protein. One day of a little over fat won't hurt - IMHO only, of course. B: Protidiet Chocolate drink made into frappe with expresso, cinnamon, sea salt and crushed ice L: Pineapple/Coconut Sparkling Ice, Proti-Thin BBQ Soy Snacks, Mixed Greens with oil & vinegar, hard boiled egg, dill pickle. D: Rotisserie Chicken, sauteed cabbage (used to much red pepper flakes and burned my lips off!!!) DH was such a good sport and joked that they were a bit spicy, and his lips were tingling. B- RTD Chocolate Shake
L- Vanilla Peanut Bar & 1/2 Veggie Delight Subway Salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, lettuce, spinach, pickles) with WF Creamy Bacon dressing S- Dark Chocolate Pudding Packet, earl grey tea with 1 splenda D- Hard boiled egg and 4 chicken wings (I know I know, not lean enough, poor choice) with the other 1/2 of my salad from lunch S- 1 small tomato My Fitness Pal says I only ate 823 calories today. I have been on average between 800-1000 all week, but for some reason today I don't feel hungry much at all! I guess that's a good thing. :D |
