WI #8 today. A total of 25 lbs and 26 inches!!!! And I got some major compliments at work. One woman, who sees me every day said I looked "so skinny!" and a coworker from another office, who hadn't seen me since I started IP, didn't recognize me when I was sitting right in front of her in an employee meeting.
All great reminders that "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!!!!"
One pleasant side affect I have noticed and usually notice with low carb dieting, is no heart burn. I was taking Zantac nightly and eating Tums. But havent had any issues with heartburn or acid since I started this week!
I've noticed the same thing except I did still have it LC dieting but not on IP. it's a nice surprise.

I have never done well in heat, regardless of my fitness level. I grew up in southeastern VA and it was SO HUMID in the summer. I still have nightmares about cheerleading camp in North Carolina every August. I threw up every day (from the heat, not "issues")! This is why I will never be an east coaster again. I moved to Los Angeles in 2001, and then Seattle in 2010. I am here to stay!
That said, next time I'm scheduled for a patio shift, I'm calling in sick. It is just way too draining, and not worth it. For the 7 hours I was out there on Saturday, I walked with $87 after tipping out support staff. For comparison's sake, the following day I worked only 2-3 hours, and had one party of 15 in our back room - that was my only table the entire shift. I walked with the exact same amount of money.
I work outside and have found that if I throw a bit of salt in my water bottle it keeps me from feeling light headed. I also keep propel zero packets with me which really helps too.
