I'm joining! I have been lurking for my first 30lbs of loss, 25 was with an IP coach(I use that word loosely as I get the majority of my info and encouragement here and from a friend who is doing this with me), but I am going to go alternative 100% this week on my own so I want to have this for accountability. Congrats!!!! I use to always reward myself with food and so I am wondering if you came up with any ideas yet. I am about 18 pounds away from onederland myself and would love something to look forward too! Congrats again!
At the end of 12 weeks OP I am going on a trip with my sister. She is doing a different program and seeing great results, so we thought it would be cool to vacation today and both of us stay on plan - both celebrate and continue to lose.
So that it doesn't break the bank we decided to do one of those living social or Groupon getaways that I am always dreaming about doing, but too chicken to commit to. Nothing overseas - in fact we are hoping for Nashville - but we will see what deals come up over the next month.
I'd like to join! Today is my first day back on program, I lost 30 lbs from Oct 2012-Dec 2012 with IP. I maxed out my credit card so I had to quit! However I just got a new, higher paying, job and have decided to make room in my budget. This is a high priority to me I better act like it! Happy to be here girls and I am so encouraged by the great progress you have all made!
