Got my delivery of Quest bars!! They threw in the chocolate chip cookie one as a freebie.... I am still walking on air!!!

I just tried them... SO good when microwaved

Are they considered restricted? I know we're supposed to pay attention to net carbs, but that 21g carb number is just really high.

21 g carbs - 17 g fiber = 4g net carbs

So far they give me gas and tummy aches, anyone else have this problem? And will my body adjust or should I just avoid them?

That is probably the sugar alcohol. Some people tolerate it better than others.

My weight loss has slowed down substantially the past few weeks. About the same time that I began eating quest bars. I think I need to slow down on them for a while and see if that helps boost the losses again. I love them so much, especially the choc brownie at night for the snack, but they may need to be more of a treat instead of a daily thing for me right now.
