Paleo bread is NOT a substitute for an IP packet. Regardless of the ingredients, there is not enough protein to match what is in the IP packets - and it is the protein that is one of the keys to the IP diet. Any product that would be substituted for an IP packet needs to have at LEAST 12-15g protein per serving and be under 200 calories.
Also, just because some of the reviews say that some people have eaten it without having an effect against weight loss, it doesn't mean it's OK to have on the IP diet specifically - the Weight Watchers diet allows many things that are simply not compatible with the science of IP.
