Default Back on the wagon

The past month has been a complete mess as far as staying on OP. Headed to my coach this morning to get back on program. A beach vacation and living in a bathing suit for 5 days will do that to you. Wish me luck : )

You can do it! I fell off the wagon for pretty much the entire month of May. With some great support from the members of this forum, I have been on the start and narrow this entire month.

Same here! I've been OP for the last 6 days and can't explain why I threw away 5 weeks on cheating! Keep up the OP days!

Good luck everyone rebooting. We are so worth it! I was feeling weak yesterday and we had our first company BBQ. I watched the cart with the wine, watermelon and potato salad roll by me and knew I wasn't going to be strong so I decided to not go outside to partake. For a minute I had a pity party but then was OK.

I hear you! I too have struggled this past month. I have struggled to stay "on plan" ( I do alternatives ) I have lost and gained the same 3 pounds for the past 3 - 4 weeks. time to PUSH Forward and get focused again! I love how I feel, but know that I want to feel even better and need to focus on my goal.

and remind myself "I can lose 10 pounds, then lose 10 more"

Good Luck on your re-boot!
