I've been on IP for almost 21 weeks and am so excited by the progress I'm making. I originally picked my goal weight as my weight when I got married in 2001. I remember at that time feeling like I could lose a bit more, but looking back, I think I looked good/healthy. That meant losing 93 pounds. I've decided to lower my goal to 128, which is still going to be well within a healthy weight range for me. I'm going for -100lbs!!

Wow! That's excellent. Having a triple digit weight loss goal is astounding. Even more so because you are already over half way there and know what's involved, and have the confidence that you can do it. It's not just idle talk!
