Your body will work to even out its fluid balance, and you may not have much of a loss on your next weigh-in, but don't let that disappoint you because what is gone by then is REALLY GONE.
Yeah, after calling my doctor to ask, he had said I was doing everything correctly, and I did loose mostly water weight. I never drink this much water, so I'm just not use to it yet. I have been taking my sea salt. Just get paranoid I guess lol

This happens to me as well but I think it is common as I have read about others who have the same issue! Thank goodness it is summer and congratulations on tour weigh-in, you are doing great!

Good morning! I started P3 today and I'm scared but breakfast was SO GOOD! I have a bit of a worry, though. Does anyone know how much carbs we should be getting daily on P3? I know I'm adding carbs to breakfast, but I keep telling myself I'm doing something wrong! I've entered in all of my food for today and the carb count is at 61g. Is this kosher for P3? Please say yes, LOL!

Have you read this? Explanation of Phase 3
are you using the Phase 3 tracking sheet?

So, short answer, no more than these net carbs: 30 grain, 20 fruit, 15 dairy

Celestial Seasonings, Tazo, Bigelow. Those are the ones I use most often but there are many, many brands available!

Fat isn't carbs

In the explanation, pg 4, toward the bottom, it says about 15 g daily carbohydrates.

You would also have <15 g fat

Of course, silly moi! I'll see if I can delete my previous post so I don't confuse folks.

**done!**

Btw, Lisa, did you ever post a picture of your black dress you wore to the wedding? I've been waiting to see that. Hope I didn't miss it!

Since I've lost all this weight, I find that I'm cold ALL THE TIME. I just make sure I've always got a jacket or sweatshirt with me where ever I go.

Hi, all! Had weigh in 3 yesterday and had a loss of 3 lbs, so very pleased. Down a total of 11 pounds in 3 weeks and couldn't be happier, especially since I can feel it in my clothes, which are finally comfortable instead of unpleasantly tight! This forum is such a blessing; so helpful and inspirational. Looking at the before and after photos in the thread Sarasita75 started yesterday was awesome motivation.
