Speaking of maintenance, i skimmed the daily chat yesterday and it seems several of us are starting phase 3 this weekend.... this morning I looked at my husbands's blueberries and strawberries and was totally scared of them. I know its what we are supposed to do, but the thought of adding grains, fruit etc terrifies me-- anyone else feel the same way?
I started phase 3 this morning. Grains scare me, but I am not afraid if fruit! I'm so looking forward to watermelon this summer.
I had Liz's phase 3 strawberry cheesecake for breakfast and it was sooooo good.

Nice way to start phasing off!!!! I guess it takes a little of that uncertainty about is phasing off the right thing to do.

Hey everyone! It's like 100 degrees here and I am heading to work in a nursing home, with barely any air flow. Ever smell adult briefs filled with pee and poop in hot weather? Don't start now if you haven't.
Good thing is, they have an ice machine and filtered water, so I am bringing multiple water bottles to fill! Last time I worked and it was hot, I drank about 150oz. I had my chicken and broccoli, a strawberry pudding shake with rhubarb, and I'm going to pack a salad and another shake or two.

It seems like everyone has that special weight loss number you hit when everyone starts noticing. Mine didn't happen until 40 lbs....Congrats on the victory
From yesterday's thread a little thank you to westlagirl: I love your way of telling people how much weight you've lost by telling them the percentage. That is going to be my new way. Me being a math wiz, it took a couple of tries to learn the formula, and now I can tell people that I've lost 24%! Thanks for chiming in and saving me at the last moment as the thread had almost gone to bed for the evening!
