Here are my before and during pictures. Sorry, too shy to include a headshot! The first was April 28, 2013 at ~230lbs. The second was yesterday at 189! I have a ways to go, but it's nice to see progress!

Mini-phase off for vacation - 7/4/13 (phase 2), 7/11/13 (phase 3) Mini Goal #1: 10% weight loss - achieved 7/11/13
Back on Phase 1: July 29 Mini Goal #2: Under 200 - achieved 8/12/13
Mini Goal #3: 50 lbs lost - achieved 10/15/13
Mini Goal #4: Weigh in the 160s - achieved 12/2/13!
Goal #5: GOAL!
Thanks for the kind words all! I don't get much feedback around here and can't share these on Facebook because my husband will see them and while he knows I have lost weight he has to wait to see in person.
My Schnauzers do love to photbomb.
