Also, thanks to Ruti for the roasting instructions. I am definitely going to have to try that. So far, I have eaten almost all of my veggies crunchy or in a microwave steam bag and have not been very creative. I need to learn to do veggies right and even how to season them because they are going to make up a large portion of my diet from here on out. A question about roasting if anyone is still awake: what do you roast veggies on? A glass baking dish, a cookie sheet (what's that?
) Maybe it doesn't matter? Do you flip them once?
