This morning my friend call me to go eat breakfast together, and while I was there thinking what to eat, first I Thought : a omelette whit just white, mush, tomatoes and spinach, no cheese of course... at the end I ordered just 2 eggs.
When i went to the washroom saw this lady plate, she was eating 2 egg, 2 pieces of canidiam bacon ( whit I think is low in fat, low in cabs) and three slice of tomatoes... I Thought she must be doing a lot carb diet, that would be a good choice two.
The only think I did skip my shake I didn't if drink it or not.
Now I know that I have to count those two egg through my meet allowance.
