Began IP 2/13/2013
Reached 154 lbs June 2013-phased off for summer and gained 9 lbs.
10/28/13- reboot 1 (163 lbs) for 4 weeks at 159.
10/12/2014 gained weight (179 lbs) need to lose it again! Back on P1.

I'm new to posting around here, but I vist the site daily. I appreciate all the information and encouragement that everyone shares, it's awesome!! I started IP through a clinic in June of '12, but stopped going because I didn't feel I wasn't getting the support or information I needed for success...and I wasn't going to keep paying that kind of money for nothing!

I restarted IP-Alternatives and have been OP for a month. I'm down 11.8 (possibly more, it's currently TOM) for my first month. I know I can do it this time with my drive and the lovely advice and encouragement from you all!

Thank you!! When I was at my heaviest (387) I started an exercise and diet regimen. I started out slow, but I did cardio 6-7 days a week and ate approval approximately 1200 calories a day (lean meant, veggies, whole grains, etc.) My lowest weight has been 225(where I plateaud for almost a year), but I've unfortunately gained some back.

I went to a weight management clinic in my town and met with a Doctor. I told her my story and saught her help in losing the last of my weight. While she was nice and impressed with what I had lost she said that my weight at 225 may be where I'm supposed to be.

I didn't agree, found IP and I'm here to lose and reach a HEALTHY weight and then move onto maintaining! One of these I'll have to upload photos of my journey!

feeling frustrated and like i want to quit.. grr.. I don't get how I can stay 100% OP and gain weight to the extent that pants that fit me perfectly last week today are tight

Eeek! I'm about to phase off .....I just took a shower and have been losing A LOT of hair!!! I gave birth the bast two summers in a row, so I lost hair after both births-I'm not really happy about losing MORe hair!!!!
Should I phase off!?????
