I did not gain anything back, but I'm struggling getting back OP. I've ordered a few extra boxes of non-restricted items for the worst days when I'm starving. I'm trying to go back and look a the recipes that were my favorites for some inspiration. I'm just trying.

I'm not looking to vent here, just to write it down so that I can be really honest about what I'm doing and why. If I say it, it's more "true" than if I don't admit it to anyone.

So, have a good weekend everyone. And thanks for the support....
I agree - never enough

WI today. Down 3.6 pounds for the week. Total 30.8 in 12 weeks. I'm so happy. Inches are really down since my clothes are falling off of me and people are noticing. I have never measured so will never know how many inches lost but my clothes tell the story so I'm OK with that. Have a great weekend everyone.

I've eaten restricted once a day throughout the diet, and love them. Never once cheated or drank wine...though, love to.

Question - I'm going to the movies tonight and had my bar already - didn't have time to make my spinach omelete this am..running late.

Anyone have 2 restricted in one day? How bad is this? I wanted to bring my soy nuts tonight...

Any other ideas?
Can you make kale chips to bring with you? That's what I bring to the movies. As for having 2 rst in one day, I've done it in a pinch, beets caving and eating popcorn...

Sonyasbug
Thanks for asking on yesterday's daily if everything is okay.
There are a couple things going on.
One is that I fell the other day and injured myself. Overall I'm okay but it took some of the spring out of my step temporarily. I tripped on an uneven sidewalk while out with a walk with DH & besides scrapes and bruises, it looks like I have a hairline fracture in my right arm, affecting elbow and arm strength. I'll be fine.

Being in pain has removed my appetite and made me extra tired. I've just slowed down a bit this week, is all.

I've joked that exercise is dangerous! Avoid!

Lisa, you are quite tough and I have no doubt this will all be behind you before you know it. I cringed as I read your description of your fall. I do the same kinds of things, and I could just feel it. Feel better soon!

FlooNimbus -- Be kind and understanding with yourself. You will get there. I can "hear" it in your voice. Just keeping coming around here and be careful not to beat up on yourself in the meantime. I hope your daughter is feeling better soon, too.

Thanks ladies! I've eaten kale three times this week, but the chips sound yummy....I should try that. Or rutebega fries maybe...

I may go for it then, its been a long week and I'd like a little something. I've earned it!

For me I need to be able to be more active, I feel so much better having dropped a decent amount of weight and want to see what my body can do now! I've singed up for a triathlon with some friends for the end of August, nothing huge we're not racing just to prove to ourselves. My question is when should I head to phase 2? My losses have been slow lately about 1lb a week, sometimes more. My boss who's lost quite a bit on IP suggested I do a full month of phase 2 and then two weeks of phase 3. Anyone have any advice on if doubling up the time on phase 2 would help me lose a bit more? Or stay in phase 1 as long as possible?
Hope everyone has a great day!
Congrats, I know how much you wanted to get to Onderland!

Personally, my losses have slowed down dramatically lately which is frustrating because I still have quite a ways to go. For the last 3 months my losses have been averaging 1 pound per week. If I stick to Phase 1 as written I lose either 0 or 1/2 pound per week. I have been doing 4 non-restricted along with an extra teaspoon of oil everyday and it has definitely helped the past 3 weeks.

Sorry, this got long, but I think Phase 2 might be perfect for you. It's about 100-200 extra calories per day than Phase 1 and is usually lower carb. For example, if you normally have a chocolate drink (9 carbs, 7 net) with lunch and you switch to 8 oz of meat, you're getting the extra calories but 0 carbs.

I say try it...it very well could increase your losses!

Well, six weeks from tomorrow, our only child will be getting married. He is a wonderful man (25 yrs old) marrying a wonderful woman (24 yrs old). Lots of time and planning have gone into the wedding.

Am so happy that I found IP and have lost my weight prior to the wedding. I will be confident in my gown!!!! Gown shopping made me know that losing weight a priority!

Have a wonderful weekend.

I don't know what's going on personally for you... but I'm having my own baby girl challenges right now, too. We're only human, and in the grand scheme of things, going off program is the least of your worries. You'll get back and no problem.

I get you on vocalizing making something true. It also shows that you really know what you want for yourself.

EDIT:By the way, you really are beautiful!

A1 Texan - MFP isn't working in my Android tablet either. I can put items in, but can't search for anything.

Mines working now. I had to log out turn the phone off, then sign back on again. It works just fine now on both devices.
