How do we change the program is we do weight training?
I trying to put everything together to star IP, my question is about exercise, how do we do when we do some exercise, do we drink a extra shake or we do the same as the program say.
I do weights and run but I am thinking on put my running in rest while I drop this 20 pounds, but I will like to keep my lifting.
