3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - Love this lifestyle change... I can see an end goal

I always felt when starting diets or exercising there was a goal but it was so far away that it would take me forever to achive. It was so far in the distance that I could not see an end result or I couldnt even imagine me thin.

BUT with IP I can actully see me reaching my goal and staying there. I havent see a 1 in front of my numbers for at least 13 years and I can imagine it. I still have 25 pounds to go but I know I will get there. I know that I am determined to get there. :carrot: I love doing the happy dance when I see that scale go down. Tuesday my mother in law had a surgery and I hopped on the scale behind the nurse...lol... I couldnt help myself! I was so excited I did the happy dance walking down the hall at the surgery center, my DH was laughing at me! I told him I am sorry but I just have to DANCE!:carrot:
