Now that I'm thinner I can wear white shirts and white pants and look good!
Now that I'm thinner I can bound up the stairs!
Now that I'm thinner I can wear those yoga workout pants and feel ok.
Now that I'm thinner I can stand on the top part of the step stool to change a light bulb.

Default I'll chime in such a positive thread...

Now that I am thinner...

I can wear swim clothes to the pool without feeling conscious of my "formerly fat" but now skinnier thighs.

I do not spend a lot of time getting ready for work!

I can actually get a cute haircut and get noticed.. ha ha

I can feel bad for my former classmates in fb that always teased/bullied me about my weight now that they are fat and I am not.. priceless moments...

I do get noticed by men a lot more.. I am okay with it.. now that I know there is nothing "weird" about me... there probably never was.. but you formerly fat girls know how low self esteem can be.

Yeah!

Vidya

(Now off to maintain all that goodness...)

Now that I'm thinner, I can take that very last open seat in the waiting room. I can sit in the chair, between two other people, and stay within my bounds.

Now that I'm thinner, I can put my chin to my chest and see the necklace I am wearing.

Now that I'm thinner, I am happier.

Now that I'm thinner -
- People actually look me in the eye, smile and say hello.
- Sales clerks offer to help, instead of not making eye contact
- Shopping is fun again
- I don't have to wear a belt to keep my pants up
- I don't have to buy pants or shorts just because they have elastic bands
- I don't have to wear loud print shirts to draw attention to my shirt and not my gut

now that I'm thinner...

I can walk down an airplane aisle without having to walk in an awkward sideways/diagonal shuffle. Same thing goes for walking past people in the bleachers at a football stadium or at a movie theater. They dont even have to stand up to let me go by now. they can keep seated s i "squeeze" by them with my skinny disappearing self

I have to agree. I love seeing all those skinny volleyball players and cheerleaders ballooned up. I actually get to be three one that turns a head or two for a change.
