I put in pickles and celery and zucchini and bell peppers and onions and just mixed a tbsp of olive oil, lemon juice and a few shots of tabasco for the dressing - came out super delicious. On a bed of lettuce, of course. The tabasco really seems to open up the flavors.

I'm not a mayo fan in anything so I've never put it in tuna salad.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Sounds delicious! I often use olive oil to moisten and hold my tuna salad together. Chopped pickles thrown in are also good!

If I can just make a suggestion though...we can only use 1-2 teaspoons of oil per day and I noticed you used a tablespoon.

Other than that it looks great, enjoy!

Where are all my fellow 100%ers? Awefully quiet today.

I had lunch with my old boss today, and he was totally shocked when he saw me. I think the last time I saw him was in October and I don't think I ever mentioned that I was on a diet then. It's fun to see people's reactions that have had no idea I've been losing weight.

LOL shopping here too! Though it was mostly food shopping, while I was at Wal Mart I wandered into the clothes section since they have all the bright summer stuff out. Ended up buying two TUBE TOPS from the young women's section. In a size Medium (7-8). I don't think I was daring enough to wear a tube top in high school! But I'm wearing it now

Not a good day. Just found out that the place my husband works at is laying off 300 people, and he's one of them. We're in a small town with no other industry. I have a good job, so we're ok financially. But we'll probably have to move for him to get a good job, or live in a ghost town. Sigh...

I know this is the 100% thread, but I had an extra restricted when I found out. I'm very stressed and want to eat everything. I'm not going to, but I want to.

Time to update my photo as well, since it's been 2 months

I bought the top months ago & didn't wear it for the longest time b/c it was still tight in the hips. I've lost a total of 12 inches in my hips now & it fits so well it'll be big soon

Pants in Aug were size 24w. These are 16 regular.
