Have a great Tuesday everyone!
I started out really liking that soup and using it all the time then all of a sudden my body could not stand it, not sure why

My body also can't handle the broccoli cheese soup anymore. How strange! I used to have it all the time, but now I tend to stay away from the soups.

Okay this may seem negative but I'm kind of joking... you ever notice that the smaller your rear and legs get, the bigger your feet appear? LOL! I did a new comparison shot today, I'll tuck it away under my profile in a day or two but wanted to share. At least I have great balance I may still have some bell bottoms from high school in my mom's attic... hmmm.....

Just call the pants "flared" I think that's the new pc word for bell bottoms. But honestly, you're looking so great I really don't think anyone is going to question your fashion

Good morning! I had to go back & look at Halfagain again this morning for inspiration - so amazing!

Made tuna salad last night with two cups of veggies - wow that makes a huge salad! Hubby finished his dinner in about half the time I did, but boy did I enjoy it.

Have a happy Wednesday everyone!

What veggies did you use? I'm thinking of that for dinner tonight, but also what did you use in place of mayo?

i did have the food dreams as well but i made the pudding cake things yesterday and now i'm put off from all cravings of dessert. so i guess that cured my craving.
halfagain you look amazing. real inspiration for me.
I had my 2nd weigh in yesterday and was bummed that i only lost 1lb. but i did loose 1/2 inch on bust and waist (yes i was 100% op) . I'm starting to look disproportionate since i'm pear shaped so my top is really really small now and bottom still ghetto booty. did this happen to anyone else and if so does the fat loss on your body start to match up by porportions after awhile or did you loose fat from one area more then did it move to another area?? just trying to see what has happened.

That sounds so good. I have been on a salad kick lately, but haven't added tuna to it yet... sounds like a plan!

As an apple shape, my stomach is the biggest hold out it seems. My thighs took a long time too, but they are giving up finally. I'm hoping the last 15 come off the stomach area for me.

Thanks all for the nice comments! Yes I'm very happy with the results over 10 months. I'm just amazed how this plan works. If I can do it, anyone with determination, willingness to research some options, and the ability to get creative on planning trips and meals can. Goodness knows i have done so many other diets and have not been able to stick to them. Thanks again!
