Question Cafe Ole brand artifically flavored coffee K-cups from HEB?

Newbie question - I love my Keurig and the local HEB artificially flavored 'Texas Pecan' variety. It does not however list ingredients- just roasted coffee beans and artificial flavors. Is it okay to have while in phase 1? Any other Texans know what I'm talking about? Here are the Nutrition Facts
Heb Cafe Ole - Coffee - Texas Pecan

2 calories, no fat, no carbs... I wouldn't worry about it one bit. Just remember the rules on coffee. If it's got caffeine, after the first cup, you have to drink one cup of water for every cup of caffeinated drink. The coffee I drink has 5 cal.

Perfectly fine to use. Just be mindful of the caffeine as was mentioned
