I am going into more detail about today just cause it was so delish! I am sitting outside having my dinner, checking in. It was sunny and in the 80s here today and it is a lovely evening.
B: IP Wildberry yogurt blended with extra water, ice and Tornani SF Huckleberry Syrup - nice cool shake to drink on the way to work
L: IP mushroom soup, cooked this morning to take to work with sauteed garlic, rosemary, 1 c celery, 1 c sliced baby portabellos - mixed together for a chunky mushroom soup
D: Leftover beef top sirloin roast sliced over simple romaine lettuce salad with WF blue cheese dressing (saving veggies for snack)
S: Rhubarb crisp - 2 c rhubarb with IP maple oatmeal topping
Peek ahead---also made chili garlic cumin flatbread out of the IP potato puree and mockamole to take for lunch tomorrow. Done cooking now.
p.s. I wouldn't have done this without all the great ideas and recipes on this forum. I wouldn't have lasted this long on IP either so a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who takes the time to share.
