    Dinner: homemade lean burgers wrapped in lettuce with 2 cups turnip fries
  • Phase 1 - day 8

    B: warm Chocolate Drink & Bottle of water
    in between breakfast and lunch I have a bottle of ice water with a little mio
    L: IP cream of Broccoli Soup with 2c added Broccoli & Bottle of water
    S: Vanilla Peanut butter bar (if my store has them in, if not salt & vinegar zippers) & Bottle of water
    D: Pork tenderloin, 1c Spinach & Lettuce to make a wrap, with a side of 1c Roasted Asparagus & of course a Bottle of water

    snack: faux baked apples (sauteed courgette with WF caramel sauce)
    snack: 100g turkey slices
    Dinner: 140g chicken and garlic mushrooms
    snack: Strawberry Quest bar
    I added cauliflower rice to dinner. Yum.

    L: Pure Protein Vanilla Creme shake w/ Cinnamon. 2 Cups steamed broccoli & mushrooms w/ Evoo S&P.

    D: 8oz sauteed shrimp & 2 cups roasted zucchini.

    S: EAS Carb Control Vanilla Shake.

  • This is my very first day on IP, phase 1
    Breakfast: Peanut bar
    Hot tea with splenda

    Lunch: Chicken Soup
    Very small piece of boiled pork

    Dinner - not sure yet

    Other than that, just water and headaches

    How do you make turnip fries? That sounds yummy

    B: my Mon-Fri standby: IP milk choc pudding/1 c spinach/decaf smoothie
    I even use leftover coffee to make the ice cubes for it!

    L mockamole w/ simply chips

    Kale chips

    S. potato purée flatbread from rainbows recipes

    Mmmmm...recipe for those rhubarb gingerscotch cookies??? Pretty please w/marshmallow fluff on top?

    B: coffee & Vanilla shake
    S: sauteed spinach and zucchini
    L: 3 oz tuna w/ celery & WF mayo, lettuce
    S: Peanut Butter supreme Quest bar- a tad high cal for an alternative, but SO yummy and SO necessary ( first day of TOM....)
    D: roast, kale chips, cauliflower
  • Today:
    B: Coffee & Vanilla shake
    S: peppers and celery, on the go
    L: Whole foods salad bar: veggies & 2 boiled eggs
    S: WLS chocolate cake, 2 bites of son's leftover roast
    D: grilled chicken salad ( 4 oz left?), shake, brussel sprouts
  • Phase 1
    B: Chocolate Drink
    L: Potato Puree w/ Broccoli
    D: Chicken Stir Fry with bok choy, broccoli, mushrooms, and asparagus
    S: Raspberry Jello
