Phase 1 - day 8
B: warm Chocolate Drink & Bottle of water in between breakfast and lunch I have a bottle of ice water with a little mio L: IP cream of Broccoli Soup with 2c added Broccoli & Bottle of water S: Vanilla Peanut butter bar (if my store has them in, if not salt & vinegar zippers) & Bottle of water D: Pork tenderloin, 1c Spinach & Lettuce to make a wrap, with a side of 1c Roasted Asparagus & of course a Bottle of water |

Breakfast: Peanut bar Hot tea with splenda Lunch: Chicken Soup Very small piece of boiled pork Dinner - not sure yet Other than that, just water and headaches |

B: Coffee & Vanilla shake S: peppers and celery, on the go L: Whole foods salad bar: veggies & 2 boiled eggs S: WLS chocolate cake, 2 bites of son's leftover roast D: grilled chicken salad ( 4 oz left?), shake, brussel sprouts |
