I'm sick. Some little darling's parents sent him/her to school sick and now the TEACHER has it!

B: my Mon-Fri standby: IP milk choc pudding/1 c spinach/decaf smoothie
I even use leftover coffee to make the ice cubes for it!

ginger/lemon water hot or cold

L: chicken soup w/ 4 oz chicken, 1.5 c.veggies (bok choy, celery, leeks, mushrooms, homemade chicken bone broth)

more ginger/lemon water

S: protithin pink lemonade or IP orange drink

D: repeat lunch

S: IP Peach/Mango drink

more ginger/lemon water hot or cold (flush this crap out!)

pureed cauliflower with 1/2 packet mushroom sauce for gravy
