I am just starting so I am having:
B- Delicious herb and cheese omelet with fresh asparagus and chives as well as salt and spices with coffee and a Splenda L- I am trying the tomato basil soup today with broccoli and cauliflower S- I think I will try the white cheddar crisps or the pudding depending on if I want sweet or crunchy lol D- this is easy as it it how I always eat- big salad with either chicken or shrimp and WF Ranch dressing. Water all day! Am I doing this right? |
