I am Lisa and I am new to blogging. I started IP this past Saturday and will have my first weigh in tomorrow afternoon (less than a week due to my work schedule). The first 3 days were harder but definitely starting to feel more energy and less hungry. I am super excited about this diet as I do not feel deprived at all and no cravings.
Hey. Tried the wild berry yogurt recipe that rainbow had posted. They were, ok. Very light but very sweet... Too sweet and im a sweets person lol plus they were more foam then crispy.. Good to try but not sure I'll repeat.
I do love experimenting though so keep the recipes coming!
