Thumbs up Week 4!

I'm starting my 4th week on ideal protein and would like a little timeline for myself monitoring! How would I do this?

Start was 186 and I have lost 18 lbs so far. Goal is 125. I'm a creature of habit and have an herb and cheese omelete with spinach for breakfast, a pina colada or blueberry cran granada for lunch with a big salad, and fish or chicken and veggies for dinner....those raspberry and cookies and cream bars are the greatest!!

I think I know what you're asking.
I suggest (and I use it) go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ and set up an account and start a food diary there. I find it HUGELY helpful keeping track of what I'm doing, and what I've done.

Great job so far! Keep it up!!!
