I had never thought of this!! So I could get "functionally taller" by losing weight, too?? Awesome! I can't reach the top shelves in my kitchen, either . . . so, hey, in a way, as we get smaller, our kitchen storage space and functionality will get bigger! Yay!
I am absolutely giddy over my WI this morning. Down 4 lbs!! That is such a wonder to me -- I didn't think my body was whoosh-able!
I found it a lot harder to stay OP over Easter than I had anticipated, but I did it. I am just thrilled to reap such a great payoff.
Great NSVs today everyone!
As far as the hardest day . . . I think I felt the worst on days 3 and 4 with a booming headache and just feeling very "off." I gave up everything at the same time -- caffeine and soda, etc. Once day 6 rolled around, I felt great. Hang in there.
