I donate every 2 months, last time was just before I started IP, I go again on the 19th of this month. I will use a strawberry rtd that would have been my night snack. Drink 1/2 before donating and 1/2 after. if I still feel I need something I plan on having a rtg pudding in my purse.

I donated while on Phase 1. I was lightheaded for the rest of the day and didn't feel 100% for a couple of days. For some reason, it didn't occur to me to eat an extra meal. Wish it had.
