Potassium Citrate max dosage allowable in the US is 99 mg
When I looked up the differences (when I still had the other bottle) they were comparable
I can't find my post about it but here is one that says a similar thing

So the citrate needs fewer mg than the bicarbonate for the same "dosage", basically
Thank you Lisa.

I needed new supplements today (vitamins and Cal-Mag). My coach told me that they changed the other supplement (potassium-calcium), but also changed the salt. The new salt has potassium added. She's a dietician, and she wasn't sure what the exact reason for the change was. I still have plenty of the original since there are 100 in each bottle. I hope to be phasing out about the time I run out.

Okay, so just to be clear for everyone, would someone who knows (not me, as I still have the old pills) please state the recommended daily doses of each? TIA.

I sent you a pm
Until I hear back, simple answer, 1 pill/day no matter which bottle you have!
