Default Coconut oil

I have been adding coconut oil to my morning shake/smoothie to get that added fat in since I find it hard to use the oil olive besides what I use it to cook with. Is this going to set me up for failure?

i use it.
It was my non-negotiable when I first met with my coach.
From my reading, it is way healthier than what they are asking us to do.
I only use it in IP P1 sheet amounts, however.

I used it for the last half of my year on IP, usually as my oil of choice for cooking.

The reason WHY using coconut oil vs olive oil won't hinder your fat loss efforts is that calories dictate fat loss or gain.

Personally, I take fish oil. If you were to make an infomercial about the health benefits of fish oil it would be hard to believe.

Why IP doesn't sell it's own branded version of "Ideal Fish Oil Mega *****in Complex" is beyond me. They're definitely leaving money on the table and no doubt would improve the health of their dieters.
