I am sure this question has been answered before, however, I have gone through over 25 pages of posts and found nothing. My question is regarding tomatoes. I know they are restricted to twice a week, but how much? Is it 4 cups? Please help!!
The sheet only specifies twice per week - one cup of chopped tomato has 7g carbs. If you are carb sensitive, a two cup portion may be too much for your body to handle - for others they may be able to handle the extra carbs without any negative effects. Just pay attention to what your body is telling you and you'll be able to figure out where you fall in that spectrum.
