I am a big tea drinker and I was having some fun around the kitchen last week and discovered I can make my own Ginger and Apple cider vinegar tea.
ACV and ginger have TONS of health benefits, I could't name you all of them but with a little research you'll see what I'm talking about
I make huge batches to save up on time
Fill a big sauce pan almost full with water and bring it to a boil. Put in 5-6 tea bags of you choice, grate an inch or two of ginger into the pan (depend how strong you like it) after cover the pan for about 15-30 minutes. After it is room temp, add a Tbsp of ACV stir and devide it into recycled water bottles!
