Lisa---WOW...again...the center I go to did not update this! Is this change of portion for EVERYone on IP or only folks with a goal of a larger amount to lose?

Are you only allowed red cabbage on phase I or can you have green cabbage also. If you can't have green does anyone know what the difference is between the two?
