Watch for fat content as well as net carbs, sugars and ingredients.

Just about all of the Atkins products are way too high in fat to be used for IP - you need to make sure the fat content is below 30% total calories from fat (multiply the calories from fat by 3, if it's below the total calories it meets the guidelines).
