Lightbulb Specific Alternatives!

I have been reading the Alternative threads for about a week now and have decided to switch along with everyone else who's wallets are also getting skinnier.
I have looked at specific items that I'd like to buy.
Usually for breakfast I have either an orange, mango/peach, cappuccino, or chocolate shake.
Im going to post alternative with the carbs and I would like to know if it would be OK to replace them with these. I am just worried because some of them have aspartame and Sucralose.

ProtiDiet Oatmeal - Maple Brown Sugar->http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store...-servings.html (6g carbs, 15g protein, Ingredients= Isolated Soy Protein, Rolled Oats, Milk Protein Isolate, Xanthan Gum (thickener), Artificial Flavor, Whey Protein Isolate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Caramel Color, Sucralose) would this be non restricted?????

Protein Wealth Cold Drink - Chocolate Drink ->http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store...ink-7-box.html (8g carbs, 15g protein, I n g r e d i e n t s
Whey Protein Isolate, Non Fat Dry Milk, Whey Protein Concentrate, Dextrose, Calcium Caseinate, Cocoa. HealthSmart Fruit Drink - Orangeade -> http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store...ade-7-box.html (1g carbs, 15g protein, Ingredients=
Hydrolyzed Gelatin, Whey Protein Concentrate, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Aspartame*, Lake Color)

HealthSmart Fruit Drink - Peach Mango ->http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store...ngo-7-box.html (2g carbs, 15g protein,
Hydrolyzed Gelatin, Whey Protein Concentrate, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Potassium Citrate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Aspartame*, Beet Powder, Beta Carotene, Turmeric Color, Natural and Artificial Flavors.)

Proti-Thin Fruit Drink - Peach Mango http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store...ngo-7-box.html (2g carbs, 15g protein, I n g r e d i e n t s

You really want to try to avoid the ones with aspartame, though I've had one now and then and been "okay" but it's really better to get away from it as much as possible.

Yes this would be non-restricted.

This one has Non fat dry milk. The diet is non-dairy because of the lactose (sugar). Also, this has aspartame in it.

This looks really good to me...except for the aspartame.

Um... the phenylalanine would have me concerned, along with aspartame.

Make sure its the CarbAdvantage, and yes. I've had the chocolate and strawberry. They're very thin, so I use my emmersion blender and add a little xanthan gum or guar gum to thicken slightly...Don't like thin "shakes".

So my best bet would be the oat meal and the soup?
This hot cocolate is aspartame free, is it ok to drink in place of the IP chocolate?

(3g carb, 15g protein, Calcium Caseinate, Hydrolyzed Gelatin, Non-fat Milk, Cocoa Powder, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Salt, Potassium Citrate, Titanium Dioxide, Sucralose, Acesulfame K. )

Yes or no?

Found this on the GNC website....I love oatmeal, so I would really like to find one I can use, but I'm not sure if they would ok.

Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats

Per serving: 170cal, total fat 3g, total carbs 29g (0g sugar), protein 7g

I was thinking of adding some Whey protein to it to up the protein a bit too.

From reading al these threads The bobs mill Oatmeal would have too many carbs for the protocol, I'd try to keep it 17g or less of total carbs, it also has very little protein so I'd suggest staying above 15g because it's the lowest IP products go
The pudding seems to be ok! (I'd have 1 a day because it has a lot of protein)

Yeah, I figured it was too high in carbs.....but I love oatmeal and find it very filling for my breakfast! lol Wasn't sure on the carbs because it's all from fiber, not sugar, but thought it would be best to ask, so thanks

I really like the look of the pudding...they have it in choc. too, so hopefully they have it instock when I head out there tomorrow.
