Technically yes there is such a thing as drinking too much water - but you're talking about like 2 gallons of water, chugged in one sitting.
In terms of drinking water throughout the day, no you really can't overdo it. Sip water all through the day, your body will eliminated what it doesn't need gradually and your body will appreciate the hydration!
